Returns & Exchanges

Sophie Buhai accepts returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding outbound shipping costs.
